Funeral Details

A Buddhist funeral is being held.

Wake will be held from 18th February 2021 till 21st February 2021 (Sunday)

On 21st February 2021 (Sunday):

A  Funeral Service and Farewell ceremony will be held @ 2:45pm

The Cortège will leave @ 4:15 pm for cremation @ Mandai Crematorium Hall 2 @ 5:15 pm

Due to the Covid-19 situation, We seek your understanding to call the family members before heading down to the wake venue to avoid overcrowding. Do note that temperature screening and filing of contact tracing form is required before entering the wake venue. We also seek your kind understanding of not attending if you are feeling unwell or have come close contact with someone who is a confirmed Covid-19 case. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

*During cremation day, please take note that the maximum number of person for sending off is capped at 30 pax.

我们的至亲: 先（夫/严） 泽源陳府君 恸于2021年2月17日(农厉辛丑年正月初六曰)，寿终正寝，蒙佛接引，安详往生，依佛制礼告别仪式. 孝眷等随侍在侧，亲视含殓，即日遵礼成服。每晚为社团亲友探丧之期。泪涓于2月21日（星期日）,下午2点45分举行告别仪式，下午4时15分出殡，由治丧处扶柩发引至万礼火化场第2厅火化。

由于2019冠状病毒的情况，亲友们在前往丧礼吊丧之前，请先打电话给家属通知，以避免出现拥挤的情况。请注意，参加之前需要进行体温测量和填上我们提供的联系追踪表格。如果您感觉身体不舒服或与为确诊2019冠状病毒的人有密切接触，请您避免到丧礼吊丧。不便之处，敬请谅解。
